To make the most of your NACCM Customer’s 1st onsite conference experience, we have put together an array of bonus networking activities to make sure you’re connecting easily with people you are hoping to meet.

We encourage you to get outside your comfort zone and participate in as many of the following activities as possible.

These activities are not part of your conference package, but are excellent ways to meet new people and create memorable moments.   

Sunday Dinner Parties
Sunday, November 16, 2008 starting at 7:30 pm

We have put together dinner parties and have asked some of our speakers to serve as hosts on specific topic areas.  These are not “working dinners” but instead simply an opportunity to get to know fellow attendees within a similar focus area as you.   If you’re interested in reserving your spot at a dinner party, please contact your NACCM event concierge at MyNACCM@iirusa.com and let them know which dinner party restaurant you’d like to join.  Everyone is responsible for their individual dinner costs, there’s no pre-set restricted menu.

All restaurants are within walking distance.

Dinner Party A: Topic Area: Contact Center/Call Centers/ Customer Service

Restaurant:  Napa Rose, Wine-Country Inspired cuisine -$$$ located at the Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa (Reservation at 8:00pm)

Dinner Party C: Topic Area:  Customer Experience, Loyalty & Metrics
Carlos Dunlap from Maritz & Joe Pinto, Cisco Systems

Restaurant:  Steakhouse 55, Beef specialties & seafood, $$$ located at the Disneyland Hotel (Reservation at 7:30 pm)

International Service Excellence Awards Ceremony & Reception
Hosted by the Customer Service Institute of America
Monday, November 17 at 7 pm at the Disneyland Hotel

Cost: $70 per person and will include admission to the awards event, including heavy hors d’oeuvres and cocktails.

Attendees will also receive a complimentary membership to the Customer Service Institute of America (a $175 value!)
